How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do credits work?

Every new account gets a $1.50 welcome bonus. Each feedback submission costs $0.49. You can top up credits anytime from your dashboard.

Can I get a refund?

If a submission fails or produces no usable feedback, your credits are automatically refunded. For other refund requests, email us at [email protected].

Is my data safe?

Yes. We never share your assignments with other users. Uploaded files are processed securely and not used for training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
